1. AGREEMENT
1.1 An agreement is made between Original Parts and the buyer for the purchase of the product/s and/or service/s as specified in an order (“agreement”) it covers services we provide to individual customers and businesses through online sales.2. PRICE
2.1 The price payable by the buyer to Original Parts for the product/s is the price specified on this website.3. PAYMENT
3.1 Full payment of the price including any shipping, insurance or others costs is required at the time of order placement and the system will issue a tax invoice, which will be emailed to the nominated email address entered by the buyer.4. CANCELLATION FEES
4.1 If your order is canceled, all monies received will be returned excluding the applicable cancellation fee and delivery charges incurred by Original Parts.5. RE-STOCKING FEE
5.1 If buyer returns an item, all monies received will be returned excluding the applicable re-stocking fee.6. DELIVERY
6.1 Delivery fees and charges may apply to any purchased item from Original Parts, details of which will be provided by Original Parts when the item is purchased by the buyer prior to any order being completed.6.4 Original Parts is unable to facilitate the delivery to all locations Australia-wide, certain remote zones are non-deliverable zones. Original Parts will notify you of such prior to shipping your order. In such circumstances, we ask that you contact us at enq@originalparts.com.au or 0418 311 808 before purchasing.
6.7 Most Original Parts purchased items are delivered with the buyer having to sign for the item on delivery. When the buyer authorizes Original Parts to deliver without a signature or gives us authority to leave the item unattended at the nominated address, then Original Parts is not responsible for loss or damage to the purchased item, once the item has been left at the nominated address by Australia Post or courier.
6.8 Original Parts will deliver the purchased item in accordance with these terms and conditions. The risk of loss or damage to the product/s passes to the customer upon delivery. Notwithstanding this, Original Parts will provide the customer with 3 days’ notice from delivery to instruct/inform Original Parts of any damage to the product/s. Within this period, Original Parts will remedy the damage, provided that the product/s has not been installed and in all circumstances the buyer at their own cost must return the damaged item with all packaging before any remedy is provided for the damaged item.
- Accept return of the relevant product/s from the buyer, when item returned is in original condition; and/or
- Provide replacement product/s to the buyer.
- A re-stocking fee of 20% of the price of the product/s returned, except when purchased through this website https://originalparts.com.au; and
- Any difference between the price of the product/s being returned and the replacement product/s selected.
- Buyer to pay all return costs for a purchased item.
- The buyer acknowledges that this re-stocking fee represents the costs incurred by Original Parts in accepting and re-stocking the returned product/s.
- Original Parts will not impose the re-stocking fee where the buyer is not at fault.
7. PICKUP or CLICK AND COLLECT IS AVAILABLE
7.1 Pickup or Click and Collect is Available from Blackburn North in Victoria 3130.
7.2 Pickup is available from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
7.3 If you want to pickup your purchase then select ‘Pickup from Blackburn North’ on checkout, so you won’t be charged the delivery fee.
7.4 Pickup or Click and Collect is only available to Victorian addresses.
7.5 Once your Pickup or Click and Collect order is received, it will be processed and when ready a text message will be sent to your mobile with all pickup information including the pickup address.
