MBG policy give you peace of mind that you will receive the item you ordered or your money back.
If we ship a wrong item to the one your ordered MBG is there to protect you.
Contact us immediately by emailing or calling us on 0498 SPARTS (772787) if you have received the wrong item, you will be issued with a RAN (return authority number) and other information will be provided on how to return the item received. In this case there is no return cost to the buyer.
MBG is available for up to 14 days after the item is received by the buyer.
Proof by way of photos etc by the buyer, will be required that wrong item has been received.
MBG is available on all parts even when the buyer orders the item by mistake or even if the packaging is opened but the item is not used or installed, to return the item the buyer must carefully repackage the item in its original packaging and additional packaging if required to return the item to us, email or call us on 0498 SPARTS (772787) within 14 days to obtain a RAN (return authority number), which has to be prominently written on the returned package, in this case all return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
MBG is not available once the item has been installed or used by the buyer, purchased item is not returnable in this case.
MBG is not available if the buyer returns the item and requests us to ship the correct item.
Refunds are generally processed with 7 days, once all the terms and conditions have been met and substantiated by us.
