SHIPPING INFO
- We pride ourselves in shipping the purchased item as quickly as possible once the order is received and the item is in stock.
- When the item leaves our premises, tracking number is automatically sent to the email address provided by the buyer when placing the order.
- Other shipping information emailed is the name of carrier who will be delivering the item to you (like Australia Post or a Courier). The address the item is shipped to as nominated by the buyer when placing the order and also summary of the item that is shipped.
- Express Shipping is available at extra cost to the buyer, please contact us for processing express shipping orders.
- New Zealand Shipping, for a limited time we have capped New Zealand shipping to $19.95 on most items, some larger items will have additional cost added, we will notify you if there are additional costs payable.
- We are based in Melbourne Australia and Global Shipping is available but at extra cost to the buyer, which is not charged when you buy the item.
- All Global orders will incur delivery cost based on the buyer’s country.
- Our website does not calculate delivery charges at checkout for Global orders, we will notify the buyer of these delivery charges after the order is received.
- Global Buyer can request a shipping quote to there part of the world before buying the item by emailing us.
- These Global shipping charges must be paid by the buyer before the order is shipped and tracking number provided.
- Global buyer takes full responsibility for the item once it leaves our premises and/or we have provided the buyer with tracking number for their purchase.
- All buyers, Australian, New Zealanders and Global Buyers can email us to cancel the order and refund the amount paid if they choose not to pay any additional delivery charges requested by us.
Shipping
- Original Parts offers Australia wide and Global shipping.
- Usually, the item is shipped the same day if in stock.
- Most items listed on our website are in stock and ready to be shipped.
- In some cases when the part is not in stock then we will contact you to advise of the delivery date.
- Full refund is provided if the advised delivery time does not suit you.
- In other cases where the part is no longer available, we might be able to offer you a suitable alternative.
- We use Australia Post for most of our deliveries but can engage other couriers for large items.
- Tracking number is automatically emailed to your registered email address with all the relevant information for you to receive the item purchased.
- Original Parts endeavours to ship the item as quickly as possible but we do not guarantee any shipping time from our shipment carriers but provide you with an estimate of 1-5 business days to most Australian areas, some remote and WA areas could be between 3-10 business days.
- Express shipping is available on all items at an extra cost to you, contact us.
- Australia Post express shipping is the quickest way to get the item but once again we do not guarantee any delivery times, please consult Australia Post website for express delivery information.
Express Shipping
- Express shipping is available on all items at an extra cost to you (the buyer), contact us.
- Orders are dispatched ASAP within trading hours i.e., Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm.
- Shipping time for Express Post is 1-2 business days for 80% of Australian addresses.
- If Express shipping is not offered on the website automatically for your parts, please GIT with your requirements.
International Shipping
- Original Parts ships most items to any part of the world.
- For limited time we are offering a flat fee of $19.95 to New Zealand.
- Please contact us with your item requirement, the country where parts are being shipped to. We will get back to you with shipping costs and next steps.
