REFUND POLICY
Damaged or Faulty Items
- If you have received any parts that are damaged or faulty, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the parts by emailing or calling us on 0498 SPARTS (772787).
- If the parts were damaged in transit, then we may ask you to email us the photos of the damaged parts.
- We will advise you if the damaged parts need to be returned, as per our return process.
- NO FAULTY GOODS CLAIMS ARE AVAILABLE ON PCB, MOTHERBOARDS OR DISPLAY UNITS.
- Faulty goods claims are only available when the parts are installed by a suitably qualified & registered third party trades person who determined the purchased item to be faulty.
- All faulty goods claim for any electrical parts like switches, elements, motors, thermostats must be accompanied by details of (name, phone and registration number) of the suitably qualified & registered third party trades person who determined the purchased item to be faulty.
- No faulty goods claim will be processed if any electrical parts like switches, elements, motors, thermostats are installed by a non-qualified trades person or the buyer cannot provide us the details (name, phone and registration number) of the suitably qualified & registered third party trades person.
- For your safety self-installation of electrical parts bought from us is not allowed as it can be dangerous and might contravene your states laws.
- We will endeavour to process all damage and faulty goods claims as quickly as possible once all the information has been received.
- It is up to us to determine whether to replace or refund the damaged or faulty good as per our terms and conditions and in consultation with the buyer.
- All refunds where applicable are usually initiated through the original payment method of the buyer.
Change of Mind Returns
- All change of mind returns will be within 14 days of receiving the item.
- NO RETURNS ARE AVAILABLE ON PCB, MOTHERBOARDS OR DISPLAY UNITS.
- The buyer must return the parts received with all the original packaging and not used so we can sell the part again, there may be some deduction to the amount refundable if all the original packaging is not returned and we incur costs to make the product resalable again.
- Buyer must email or call us on 0498 SPARTS (772787) within 14 days to obtain a RAN (return authority number), which has to be prominently written on the returned package.
- All costs to return the parts is buyers responsibility.
- Buyer must ensure that the part is suitably packaged for the return journey.
Not as Described
- Please notify us within 7 days if the part received is not as described by emailing or calling us on 0498 SPARTS (772787).
- Buyer might have to provide photos of the item received.
- We will ship the correct item if in stock or order it from the manufacturer if not in stock after communication with the buyer.
- After communication with the buyer if refund is required, full refund will be issued on safe return of the incorrect item.
- All refunds are usually initiated through the original payment method of the buyer.
- We will email you return labels as per our Return process to return the incorrect item back to us.
- PLEASE NOTE: All parts which have been incorrectly supplied or not as described would need to be returned in their original packaging and not used. If the item has been used or fitted, then Original Parts reserves the right to reject the claim and not issue a refund.
Incorrectly Ordered or No Longer Required Returns
- If you have ordered a part incorrectly or no longer require it then please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item by emailing or calling us on 0498 SPARTS (772787).
- No Returns or Refunds on "Backorder" items, as these are especially ordered for the buyer, in rare and exceptional circumstances we might consider return of the item, please contact us.
- NO RETURNS ARE AVAILABLE ON PCB, MOTHERBOARDS OR DISPLAY UNITS.
- All electrical parts where the packaging has been opened are deemed to be fitted and are not returnable and no refund is available.
- All costs to return the parts is buyers responsibility and in some cases a handling fees of 20% of item value may apply.
- PLEASE NOTE: All parts which have been incorrectly supplied or not as described would need to be returned in their original packaging and not used. If the item has been used or fitted, then Original Parts reserves the right to reject the claim and not issue a refund.

Return Process
- If a part needs to be returned as per our refunds and returns policy above then please email or call us on 0498 SPARTS (772787), to obtain a RAN (return authority number), which has to be prominently written on the returned package.
- If your request to return has been approved then buyer must carefully repack the item in its original packaging with adequate packaging to ensure the item is not damaged in transit and include a copy of the original invoice.
